Overall we have had a great experience living at the Village @ Fox Point. We moved here after a maintenance emergeny at our last place in Trolley Square and we have been very happy here. It's pretty expensive, but if you factor in the gym and business center which we use all the time, it's not bad. Unfortunately we have to agree with other tenants than insulation/heat distribution is awful. Our favorite thing about this apartment is how private it feels. We have only heard our neighbors 2 times in all the time we've lived here. Maintenance is pretty efficient and the grounds usually look lovely.
