I had posted on here before and said this place was passable, maintenance spotty, office not that great, but passable. Now I see on here they are asking tenants to post positive reviews. Take a look at all the positive reviews on here. Sort of suspect'
I know because friends of mine who still live here were asked by the office to post something positive about this place. Also the overall rating is highly skewed by the office's own phoney reveiews. From what I hear they are constantly asking tenants to post something positive. Do you really have to sell this place that hard' It is what it is. Fabulous apartment' c'mon get real, man.
Why all the phoney hard sell'

Nice view of the river, I lived at the Village At Fox Point for 4 years and I lived in a 1 and 2 bedroom apartment. Save your money because It's definitely TRUE NOooooo INSULATION!!! your energy bill for heating & air conditioning will totally be off the charts, the average is about $200 plus! each month (winter and summer). "Ask the leasing office about the policy if you spill anything red on their carpet"...???? Also, you have to pay extra in your deposit to use the GYM and the Swimming Pool when it use to be included; they did away with that, reason is still unknown.... overall I'll give them 3 STARS....,
