I lived here 3 years ago and had a rather nasty mold problem that was never addressed.
Sure, the maintenance guys came over and kept saying it was solved and in all fairness they did try to keep it from spreading. But these places are OLD! The minimum amount of rennovation was done on these, and from what I hear, before the current owners, they were a complete slum. Some of that still comes through. The heating bills are through the roof due to bad insulation. Also most of the positive reviews on here are written by the office staff or people asked by the office to write something positive to keep the ratings up on here. Most of these reviews are made up. This place is not what they would like you to think.
