Management is poor. When you have to Haggle to get the price advertised its bad. It amazing what they try to add in. Can't say that any are easier to work with. All my neighbors complained when I was moving in about the Management. I can't wait for my lease to be up. Parking on the street is poor. Car Damaged twice. It was quiet thats about all it had going for it. I have lived in 4 other places all were nicer.
