I have lived here for almost 2 years. I have lived in both a 1 br and 2br apt. I have a few complaints. First, the energy bills are high because the insulation sucks. The windows are also drafty. Secondy, the walls are thin and you can often times hear your neighbors. Third, the walls are painted with white, flat paint. This would be fine except for the fact that any time you make contact with the wall (with anything other than white) you can expect a mark/blemish to be left. Fourth, the maintenance men are unprofessional. For instance, when it snows they plow sidewalks with quads. However, many times it seems like they are playing as oppposed to doing work. Fifth, the apts are cooled and heated via forced air heat which is very noisey. Sixth, there is most people in the office are nice except one woman who has an attitude. You wont have a problem figuring out who she is. Overall, I recommend the place if you think you can conserve energy and deal with a few minor annoyances.
