Have lived here for 3 years, so obviously not that bad. Random vandalism is a concern. I've had several bikes stolen. There is no storage inside and no bike racks. I have received letters telling me to put bikes inside. Security patrol comes and goes, not sure if we even have it anymore. Insulation and energy bills are a huge concern! My apartment is always cold even with thermostat set to 75. Credit card payments in the office would be a very modern idea!
