My apartment looked great when I moved in. There was new carpet, fresh paint and everything, including the white blinds, were clean. The main problem I have had is poor insulation and thin walls. My old neighbor was very noisy and I could hear him watching TV, play video games, and talking on the phone. Since he moved out it has been very quiet, but you can't choose your neighbors, so watch out for this. I put curtains on all of the windows to help insulate the apartment. It really helped. The pool, gym, and business center are all nice and kept clean. Parking is no problem and I have always felt safe living there.
