If you like mice in your home, then this is the place for you! I have had several mice in the past month. Despite promises that the mice will be disposed of in a timely fashion, this is not the case (unless it is a weekday).
Other than living with vermin, the apartment complex is very nice. The neighborhood is quiet, though the walls are thin and you can hear neighbors coughing/sneezing. Appliances are present, though noisy and the so-called dishwasher is half the size of regular dishwashers. There is also no garbage disposal. Nice view of the river.
