A Little Good w/ A Little Bad

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The apartment overall isn't so bad, but I did have my car broken into twice in the first 6 months I was there and the employees refuse to hire security at night. Other than that, the place isn't too bad, except for the poor insulation and the loud water heaters. It's probably the best (affordable) apartment in the area though...
