I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS..FIRST YEAR WAS OK...OTHER THAN THE FACT YOU WILL FREEZE TO DEATH WALLS ARE NOT INSULATED...YOU CAN FEEL COLD AIR BLOWING IN...ALOT OF THE UNITS SIT ON BASEMENT SO YOU CAN REALLY FEEL THE COLD AIR COMING RIGHT THRU THE CARPET....THE LAST 3 TO 4 MONTHS HAVE BEEN REALLY BAD...DO NOT FEEL SAFE HERE....TO MANY ROAMING AROUND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT...ALOT OF TRAFFIC GOING ON LATE NIGHT.....CARS HAVE BEEN BROKEN IN..TO MANY POLICE CALLS ....IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SAFE BETTER LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE....
