I have lived here for over a year and half. I have had two mice problems in the past but no biggie...the apt people are prompt in their response. I love the neighborhood....the gym is good! When i first moved into the apt it was spotless ....WELL CLEANED. Lots of windows for fresh air..I like that and of course private entrances. I have never had a problem with the maintenance.
