Out of the few apartments I have lived in Fox Point has been the most comfortable place. I have been reading some of these reviews that people have posted & sounds like there just the complaining type anyway! The apartments are nice but get a "Townhouse" that has a washer and dryer, you will love it! Feels like your own house & I don't hear my neighbors at all. They have great amenities for the people & I can have my friends with me, especially at the pool. I only paid $100.00 which I thought was a bargain that covers the gym, pool & a business center. Check it out!
You can't have a grill but they have these charcoal grills around the property & an area with picnic tables & gas grill by the pool.
Heating bills are on the high side in the winter months but you just have to dress warm. The utilities other times of the year are more reasonable. Any of my maintenance repairs were always done the same day. The office staff is very helpful
& friendly.
I really like it here & I like seeing the boats on the Delaware River on my way out.

It is wonderful that this person loved her apartment, but please keep in mind that everyone???s experience is different. Do not make a statement such as "people seem be the complaining type." I believe that people are giving realistic accounts of their experience. My experience was different, it was pleasant at times, until I had major gnat problems, but the problems were not addressed or resolved appropriately. When you discuss your opinion, allow it to be just that, your opinion, and do not criticize others because their experience was different from yours. Everyone's opinions is valid and believe me, I will never rent from Village at Fox Point again because of my experience.
