I have resided here for a year and have been impressed with the overall care and comfort that this apartment complex provides. There is minimal noise (if any), the apartment is comfortable (there is no mold, gnats, etc-I don't know what others are talking about). If maintenance is needed it has been my experience that they have been on-time and fixes items usually the same day. The management staff are friendly, down-to-earth people who act more like old friends than distant, cold business people. The rent is comparable to other apartments in the area. Overall, I am enjoying my stay here. P.S.-If management reads this, feel free to give me a discount on rent.

No ventilation in the bathroom is certainly a code violation. Look it up or call license and inspection.

Hi, This is actually not a response. But we are planning to move to wilmington and this was one of the best places we have seen. I wonder if you could give me some information about the average cost of heating or A/C? Thanks a lot.

My electric/AC bill is normally $70/month, but I do turn it off when I got to work.

BTW-if you have a window in the bathroom, it is not a violation.
