Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
I've been living here for four years, and maintence takes FOREVER to reply to a complaint! The neighborhood has gone downhill. I've had my tires slashed, and car hit within the last 4 months. There's -------- contstantly playing loud music and lurking in the dark at all hours of the night. Police are always in and out. My advice: DON'T LIVE HERE!
