SMELLY AND RAT INFESTED

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN DELAWARE.

I WOULD RATHER LIVE UNDER THE BRIDGE WITH THE HOMELESS THAN TO LIVE HERE.THEY HAVE MORE CRIME HERE THAN A LITTLE BIT.

THE MANAGEMENT, OH I'M SORRY, WHAT MANAGEMENTT, THIS PLACE IS A HAVEN FOR PROSITIUTES, CRACKHEADS AND WHO KN0WS WHAT ELSE LURKS HERE.

THERE IS A LAUNDRY ROMM ON SITE WHEN THEY ARE WORKING AND NOT FULL OF FILTH.
