The apartments are decent, but the neighbors are straight from hell. Kids play out in the street at all hours of the night. Gangbangers hang out in the parking lot, playing loud music and rapping. Parents go to little length to control their kids.

Gang bangers? Come on man. You're white aren't you? Rap does not mean gangs. Check it out for yourself, this persons views are slanted. If there were "gang bangers" there, you'd know it because you'd been shot. If it's just kids rapping, it's harmless. Hard to tell the difference? That means you probably don't get it (rap that is). Find some place else to live in.
