Unsuitable place to live with children

This place is not only a dump, but it is a terrible place to live if you have children. It is a low-income complex whose residents care nothing about themselves or their children. You cannot step foot outside your apartment without hearing extreme profanity being used by young juveniles. Cars have been stolen and apartments broken into. The best thing that could happen is if the city of Altamonte Springs would buy this dump and sell it to a developer to tear down.
