This apartment complex had the highest amount of felonies and misdemeanors (31) from July 2002 to June 2003 out of all the apartment complexes and condominiums in the city of Altamonte Springs. Don't believe me - just to to the Altamonte Springs Police website and check out the statistics for yourself. In fact, the surrounding ghetto of Autumn Run Condominiums had the highest among condominiums (17). If you value a decent standard of living, DON'T MOVE HERE!
