Believe it or not, this dump was sold for over 11 million dollars in October of 2003 to Rainbow Brentwood, LLC, a dummy corporation set up by Rainbow Housing Corporation out of San Francisco. The only reason they're making improvements to the outside is because the wood is rotting and the whole complex was in danger of being out of code! Once these are done that's it. Don't count on any cooperation, especially if the owner is as far away as California. Besides, dirt bags still live here.
