All I can say is, PLEASE, if you are looking into moving here, DON'T!!
Read the rest of the reviews and you will see how bad it is. I don't feel I need to go into detail about the problems I had here because they are basically summed up by everyone else.
I moved here because it was the only place I could afford. *Or so I thought* I later found out that there are a handful of other places that offer lower rates based on your income, so please don't stop looking here just because it is the cheapest one you've found. Look at Willow Park in Apopka (they are brand new) Raven's Crossing is nicer and newer than A.P. (but they don't allow dogs) If location isn't the most important there are tons of new lower income apartment complexes in East Orlando. I know there are some in the Edgewater area. You'll find that the cheapest places are the ones that don't allow pets, so be aware that it is much easier to get in a nice place for less if you don't have any pets.
Please, take my advice and don't move here. You will regret it, because if you are like me and only living here because it's all you can afford, the chances are you can't exactly afford to break your lease early (and you definitely will want to!)
Good Luck to all that are looking for a place to live and my sympathies to those who have already made the mistake of moving here.
