My roommate took this apartment before I even moved to Florida and when I first saw the complex, I was upset with her. But then, after living there only a few weeks, I realized that I had the nicest neighbors and it was a very quiet area. They're not the most modern apartments (although they're remodeling many), but we were both very happy there, and I never felt unsafe. The management is not always easy to deal with and maintenance STINKS! i actually, suprising even to myself, would recommend living here for affordability and decent, clean apartments.
