I wish I had checked this site before moving into AP. I moved in because it was all I could afford and I was desperate. Initially, it didn't seem so bad, but it has only gotten worst. People hangin' outside the door at all times, for the smaller apts its worst because everything you do or say in the house can be heard by anyone standing in the breezeway and we can hear everything that goes on out there. The smell of smoke enters my apt, kids are out at all times. I have children who are not allowed to step a foot outside. The maintenance is horrible I have provided a list of 16 maintenace repairs needed since October and called to remind them , then submitted another list and 5months later nothing. I have actually purchased and repaired some of these things myself. This is not a place for children and the latest issue is roaches, after 2 yrs of no problems at least in that area, pest control cant seem to get that in control.
