We moved into Altamonte Park in 2003 when it was called Brentwood Park. We moved into a 3bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse. It was horrible. The complex is over 30 years old and it needs to be demolished. The HVAC system is so filthy, anyone with asthma or breathing problems will be comitting suicide moving in there. We had to leave the townhouse for a 3bd 2bth flat on the third floor. It is much better except for the roaches. They even come out in the day time! I would recommend with reservations. Don't get a townhome. The AC unit the size of a small refrigerator cannot heat and cool adequately.
