We have been living in apartments for the last 8 years, Altamonte park is the worst, it looks nice from the outside, the office people are nice and polite with you but they have the worst management (that keep changing every month, hence the name change)and worst maintenance ever, it took them 7 weeks to fix one of my AC room door, after talking to them every week once about that door. we have two bedroom doors that don't close since we moved in 7 month ago, we don't have a single screen since we moved also, so either the weather is good or bad we cant open our windows. the walls and ceiling are the worst, our neighbors can cough and we hear them, when our upstairs neighbors walk the ceiling squeaks so much that we cant sleep, so we can only sleep when our neighbors are either out of there apartment or asleep. We loose water at lease once every two weeks for almost the whole day (9am to 5pm)
my advice, find somewhere else, its not worth saving a couple of bucks to live here..
