I lived here for almost 4 years. I have to admit, it was not the best there is. I did get a lot for my money. The area of town is nice. The schools are "A" schools. The City of Altamonte is a great place to live. The management changed twice since I moved there. The managment was the problem, not the complex. For those who are not aware, there are felons, (mostly sex offenders) in Heathrow, so don't judge a book by it's cover. The complex was nice and clean when I moved in. THe prices were wonderful and the square footage was immaculate. There's not another complex that can compete with the spacious rooms in Altamonte Park Apartments. They have recently converted to condos and I am seriously thinking about purchasing one. I know I will get my money's worth.
