I always thought this place was condominiums i never knew about the history of these condos//past name of apartment. I don't understand why they changed the name but in city records it's still under Altamonte park apartments. I just recently found out that my address is not even legal and it didn't comply with the city. I have a new address which is sort of similar to the one i was told was mine when i leased this condo. I wish i would of found out about this website before i would of moved here. Everything about this place is horrible,including management staff. They say things just to blow you off and make you think they are going to take care of the problem but in the end they don't! I have a list of problems but i'm going to write them with the other complaints other people posted!
