This apartment complex used to be good along time ago...maybe for the first year that I lived in it...The apartments are huge.They are the biggest apartments that I have seen so far..
But full of roaches.....A huge pest problem..ROACHES.....ROACHES....ROACHES....They do steal your laundry..and the apartment complex next to it is horrible, they sell drugs and has a high crime.since they turned condo they have raise the rent from 780 to 1500.00 rip off....

I'm residing in this complex as we speak. At first Management staff was very friendly & welcoming but after i signed my lease everything went down hill. I found out about Autumn run and the other apartments surrounding the area.I could not believe the crime rate in a one day's time. I also have a huge roach problem and it's very disgusting i had complained several times and management was very rude about the situation,on several occasions i had asked them for pest control and management stated pest control will be out on Monday's .Monday rolls around and no pest control.I was just shocked when i found mold behind my refrigerator and in kitchen cabinets again addressed this issue and management staff looks at you like you're crazy or is very unprofessional. I am terminating my lease and taking legal action against the poor living conditions they are providing for their tenants. I do hope that the health board shuts this place down and they can no longer sell or rent this property.
