We lived there for 6 years! We had a HUGE roach issue, that would NOT go away! Maintenance took FOREVER to fix something, and half the time couldn't get it right anyway! It is a ghetto! There was even someone stabbed in the parkinglot infront of our building when we lived there! The location in Altamonte is nice, being so close to everything, but I would NEVER move my daughter in there. LOTS of Black and Puerto Rican people playing LOUD music and cussing LOUDLY in the parkinglots. My mother even got mold poisoning from water leakage there.
