Altamonte Trace Apartments was just recently purchased, and is under new management. There is currently $1,000,000.00 in renovations underway, including; new tennis court, a fitness center, screened in patios, playgrounds, fencing, re-paving of the roads, updating the pool scenery, not to mention all the wonderful landscaping that is going to be put into place. i have an apartment by the pool & the nieghborhood is still pretty quiet. just comin from nyc its all still weird all being quiet with no loud music & all but i like it. the ppl here are straight and the office girls are tru dimes. its an aight place to stay. safe neighborhood too, no one's touched my integra yet hehe
