The above review is obviously written by a company worker. The wording is almost verbatim to what they have on their website. The rent is cheap however the property manager is a joke. Very unorganized. Slow to do repairs. Usually takes 2 calls. Advertise one rental rate but fails to tell you the extra charge for water and special fees they add on. Never are in office when you need them and have math issues when it comes to credits, rent amount, and fees. They charge for covered parking although the covering has not been updated in years. Require you to put an ugly decal on your car when there a no parking issues other than them trying to make you pay for a covered (metal tent) parking. The rent is cheap. I think I said that I think because it is near railroad tracks which you can hear pretty loud but after a while you don't notice. Over all if you are not picky, need a cheap place to stay on your way to a house. Decent choice..
