To whom it may concern:
I loved living at Altamonte Bay Club. I was shocked to see some negative reviews, maybe they were past evictions or they just could not afford charges for damages that they acquired. As far as the office staff, I do not think they are high school dropouts, that is just silly. I have always found the office staff to be very friendly and knowledgable. The maintance staff is also awesome and friendly. The apartments are HUGE at great Rates. I miss living there (I moved out of state due to a job transfer)and not only the office staff but the maintance staff are HOT/SEXY according to my boyfriend and myself. Also, it is a small community so everyone is friendly and well mixed in ages. I would go check it out if you are looking for a new apartment. Good Luck!!! I MISS YOU ALTAMONTE BAY CLUB!!
