Kristi is awesome, however due to a divorce she is going home to her home state so she has resigned from the Management staff at Altamonte Bay Club Apts.

As long as repair needs are voiced directly with the management team in the leasing office they take care of issues as they arrise and do a decent job. They are flexible with residents that have issues that come up.

There are new items in the Gym, new paint on the buildings and all in all they are cleaning this up. The Garbage program was instisuted for a 1 year term and is included in the cost of the water bill so as to the person venting about the water bill keep in mind this is Garbage and Sewer and Water all in one.

All in all I appreciate the staff that has been here and the new staff have areas that will improve the property more. Move here communicate with the staff and enjoy the views and the neighborhood.
