Dont you hate to see an apartment complex with such potential get run down by the people they let move in and wreck it for everyone' Where in the world does our rent $ go each month' Surely not landscaping or new appliances or even a cleaner community. Such a shame that poor managament & poor residents can ruin a great place. Maintenance' What is that' They have no concept of REAL maintenance work or how to fix things properly, and No guys painting or duct tape is NOT how you fix things. Such a shame!
