This place has really come a long way! They just redid the pool and have made huge landscaping improvemenmts! It is an older community, but it is well taken care of. What makes the biggest difference is the staff actually cares about you. They are friendly and if anything breaks, it is taken care of right away. Don???t be fooled???.this comment and rating was clearly posted by Archstone management!!! Notice the number of years at apartment ??? 13 yrs. I lived at Archstone Altamonte Springs for a few years and noticed that the turnover rate was very high and constant. Notice how long it has been since anyone posted a review about this place. Of the 100 people who moved from here in the past year, I just find it curious that no one took the time to write a review. Redoing the pool probably means they slung a little paint. The landscaping is maintained, but clearly it is nothing most residents would get excited about! As for the staff, let me just break it down for you. The 2 maintenance men are responsive, courteous and hard working. The people in the office just care about the sales, yet they seem to be somewhat financial management challenged. When they are smiling at you and calling you by your name, it is because they care about getting more of YOUR MONEY!!!
