My friend and I have lived in this community for almost five years. We finally bought a house this year. We both had lived in several apartment communities in the past and found this to have the most spacious one bedroom floorplans.
I do know when Archstone started manageing this community,improvements began right away. Alot of new items and upgrades had been added while we were there,with little inconvenience to us. We loved all of the improvements. We renewed with them knowing our service request would be taken care of quickly and efficiently.
The Archstone office and maintenance staff were always friendly and professional. They always went out of their way to handle our needs promptly and make our stay their VERY PLEASANT. A BIG THANK YOU TO THEM!
We would, and have recommended Archsone Altamonte Springs to anyone looking for a nice place to live and be appreciated by the entire staff.
