I live in one of the townhouses. I love it because it does not feel like an apartment, but more like a home. However, I realize these buildings are 20 years old, but they did not duct them well when they were built. The upstairs bedrooms are very hot in the summer.
Maintenance is ok. They usually respond quickly to service requests, but they don't always do everything that is on the request. There are certain things I've had to put in multiple requests for before they finally get done. They don't always leave the apartment neat either.
As for the office staff..... Nicole is great! She always has a smile on and is always eager to help. She takes it upon herself to try to get issues resolved. Michelle Hill is nice as well, but seems to defer everything to the manager, Michelle Loisel. Michelle Loisel is where my problem lies. I try to avoid her at all costs. She's rude and unfriendly. She always seems that you're bothering her when you talk to her. If that's the kind of attitude she has, she has no business being a manager.

You should have read my review about the AC upstairs in the townhomes b4 you rented. We demanded AC units be put in upstairs. It is actually the AIRHANDLERS do not work in moving the air to the upstairs rooms. That is what an AC man who we brought in told us.
