Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I have lived in the Ashley for about 2 years and so far I have been comfortable in my apartment. I would complain that the rent is a little high for the square footage they offer but overall it is nice. I maintenance staff is usually prompt but there have been times that I have had to wait 2 days for service. I have been robbed 2 times, one my clothes from the laundry and two my apartment. They really weren't cooperative with me then. I must complain about the leaves that are left for weeks in the walkway of my apartment. The pool is usually clean and there is always parking. It was nice while it lasted but I will not be renewing my lease.
