not a safe community police are always there spray painted fences and trash everywhere. also they never replace old stuff like carpets, mine was shredding and had fleas and my fridge always had flys in it and they did nothing for this no matter how many complaints i put in. i also had a friend visiting and his car headlights were stolen right of his car that was parked right in front of my apartment. so watch out and they will scam you on everything.
