I cant beleive that anyone would pay 190,000 as is for a small box. the management is very rude and doesnt like teenagers... the maintance workers have no idea how to fix anything right the first time.. all the doors are put on so you cant open a cabinet and a door at the same time.. they were put together horribly, they kicked almost everyone out to be greedy and to convert to condos, anyone who would buy these at the prices they are offering would be insane..
