I have owned a home now for over 3 years, but I would recommend this place to anyone that can't get into a home. The staff here were GREAT, the apartments have some style, they are close to everything, everything worked, the grounds-keepers were on top of everything that went wrong (before we even knew about it half the time).

This was the most pet friendly community I had ever seen. They genuinely cared about animals. Other places allow you to have them for a fee, but they really don't care for them at all. Carmargo Club donated money to the SPCA, donated food, & encouraged others to do the same.

BUT, before renting you should look into buying. You may not understand how easy it is to qualify for a home through the right broker. Check out www.centralfloridamortgages.net and see about qualifying for a home loan first, and then look into an apartment if you can't qualify. Renting throws away money, where as owning a home is an investment that makes you money.

If all else fails, CHECK OUT CAMARGO CLUB! I LOVE THIS PLACE!
