good place, but going downhill

i had an amazing view of the clubhouse from my 1 bdrm apartment. the vaulted ceilings made it feel bigger and the rent wasn't bad. overall the property is very well maintained, although parking was sometimes a problem. seems like the quality of the residents was declining though. a car was stolen from right outside our place, and my brothers bike was stolen as well.
