Parking is fine. Landscaping is nice. Have to pay for garbage monthly yet you have to bring it to the dumpster yourself....have 2 pay ALOT for water use....Now you have to have renters insurance to live here, that's why I've seen alot of people moving. I did not renew even though my rent would have only gone up about $25.00, but they wouldn't tell me that early enough, so I had to sign a lease at a different community. I decided to move because my building was horrifying! The noise for almost 1.5 years was terrible, constant (everyday), people using their cell phones right outside your door, leaving garbage outside, yelling (especially all the little kids). I CONSTANTLY complained and they did send letters, the noise would calm down for about 1 week then start again. 2 of the girls with their 2 kids did FINALLY move, exactly 1 WEEK before I moved, so I did get 1 week of peace! The apt itself was gorgeous, no major problems at all in 1.5 years. The AC pumped great, would cool off in 2 minutes. When I left I paid the $75 fee for THEM to clean, yet I did vaccum, plug up all the nail holes, took video, and photos and told them this, so I did not get any charges when I left. Always cover your own butt cause they WILL charge you for stuff you messed up, I heard 1 guy was charged $1000.00 for his rug. I was going 2 move into the townhome in Camden in Longwood, but after I smelled the mold, I said no.UPDATE:AFTER I MOVED, UPS LEFT A PACKAGE FOR ME AND IT WAS STOLEN BY SOMEONE LIVING THERE, I NEVER GOT IT. ALSO, I LEFT A 50'S CD/STEREO SYSTEM BY ACCIDENT, STOLEN, OFFICE DID NOT HAVE IT. THANKS 2 WHOMEVER STOLE MY ITEMS, YOU ARE PIGS, AND YOUR PARENTS RAISED YOU LIKE PIGS.
