I don't even live there and i have nothing but bad things to say about this apartment complex. I went to the facility and was greeted by a hispanic women who fumbled through her broken english to get me information on the complex. I was shown two apartments, which were nice. I applied online and was told that i had to pay a $50.00 non-refundable application fee and a $250 administrative fee, which wqould be refunded if the application was denied. Well, less that 24 hours after i paid the fees, i was denied because of credit history.
I know i have better credit that the refugees i saw wading around that place! I did not even get a courtesy phone call to tell me i was denied, i got an email that was sent after hours.
I called the complex the next day and was told the reason for the denial. No extra deposit or one month in advance, just denied. Whatever. I was told i would get my $250 fee returned in 30 days from 1066. it is now 11146 and i still did not get a refund. talked to 5 differnet people and keep getting the run around. Was told the "check was in the mail" a week ago, still have not received a refund. avoid this place unless you speak Spanish or have very good credit! lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
