Car was stolen and construction issues!!

I have lived in Camden for 8 months and not only have I had to endure with construction outside and inside my apartment for the last two months (and they are not done yet), but last night our car was stolen from the parking lot. Construction has been a nightmare. They start making noise at 8am until 5pm... and they come inside as they please - so this is not very safe for yourself (if you're at home) or your belongings. On the stolen car, you never know if its someone that lives here or from some bad neighborhood nearby - and the place is gated!!
Also, one of the neighbors has been very inconsiderate and we hear pounding from his stereo every so often.
The apartments are okay, but recently everything else has been a mess.
