I lived there, and had tons of pain. I always paid on time. They tried a parking process that if you had company, they have to call an 800 number and register the car each day. I even had my car towed once when I didn't know the tags expired. They never clean the lights, and you can hear outside, and a lizard could crawl under my front door even after they put stripping down. My new apartment had living room with patched carpet, bad fixtures in the bath (which I replaced) and then when I moved out just a few weeks ago (scrubbing the place top to bottom) they sent me a note that it was "one last opportunity to make restitution" on $23.80 I owed. (turned out it was the last water bill, which was due on 6/30 and I paid it on 6/30 but the goofs had the letter sent on 6/26 before it was due. At the bottom it states " If I do not hear from you by the above listed date, your account will be sent to collections the following day". Intersting...since I had over 2 years of perfect rental history and payment with them. Several of my neighbors are moving. Clientele is going downhill fast, part thanks to the crappy service. When I called today, they said I also would be getting a bill for $277 for cleanup. I was pissed. Said there was trash and urine. Well, I left it spotless, scrubbed, and perfect (but the carpet which was old when I got there, but at least was about as clean as when I had moved in 2 years earlier) They just want to pass on some charges, that clearly were not mine. Bad mgmt. Bad place. Stay away.

My advice don't pee on your carpet in the next apartment.
