This place is AWFUL! There is construction going on which turns the building into a haunted house look-alike. Because the construction workers need all of their equipment, half the parking lot is full of junk. At night I can find a parking spot way across the property. When I actually get home early in the afternoon I get stared at by all the construction workers as a walk half a mile to check my mail and then walk up the stairs. They literally look up my shorts and are completely gross. Soon I will have black plastic covering my windows. I can't use my porch. I can't store things in the storage closet in my porch. I live with my outdoor furniture indoors. We received no discount on our monthly payments because of construction. I just got a note today because I left my garbage out during the day because I couldn't put it out on the porch. SO now I have a nice $25 fine for garbage, even though I am the one being totally inconvenienced. The repairs never get done. I must have 10 outstanding repair requests. The other day my boyfriend came home for lunch and there were construction workers in our apartment. A couple months ago I had a flat tire, which turned out to be a nail from construction. I brought this up to the women who deals with issues with construction and she didn't do a thing. There are countless other reasons why you shouldn't live here, but I don't have enough space. I could probably write a novel.

I get flat tires all the time as well. It is from the construction. I feel you on the $25 fee. They charged me as well. I've lived here two years (don't ask why) so I don't get charged for valet trash so instead they are at my door looking for me to pull in my trash right when they leave and if I have it out before 6pm they are already slapping a notice on my door. I refuse to resign with this apartment complex. They only inconvenience the people that live here time and time again. When it's not one thing, its another. And the manager is RUDE! Oh you wait till the constuction workers start banging on the side of your wall and using nail guns at 8am. RISE AND SHINE! This complex is a construction zone day in and day out. No room to park because they have 10 spots taken up for sod... 10 spots taken up for a Dumpster outside YOUR door. Don't call the office b/c they could careless and they make it known that they don't give a rats ass. DON'T MOVE IN. TRUST ME!

AGREED! also, at 8 in the morning, that "lady" POUNDED on my door demanding my key! I was in the shower, and she did not seem to care at all that she was making me late for work. She said the apt. lost it, and she needed it for the construction workers.

im just going to get to the point, they look good on the outside but everything is just smoke and mirrors. The apts are poorly constucted with cheap material cabinets and drawers breaks,tiolet is cheap as hell,horrible insulation so exspect a high electric bill, they say its a gated community but the gates are either broke or open. they never take care of maitaince request unless its a extreme emergency and u usually have to call several times. they will tell u they have cameras to promote safety but the cameras dont work just for show, constant construction, they charge a fee for every darn thing. Not to mention criminals like to visit camden because its a easy target. At least 5 five people i know have has there expensive rims stolen from their car and left on bricks including me. Not to mention the string of break ins. When you complain to management they decide instead of fixing the gates and cameras they require every one to have renters ins on top of their high a$$ rent and fees to fix their crime issue. You may not experince these problems right away but within 6months i gaurantee u will good luck!
