I've lived here for 4 years now and in the last year the community has went completely downhill, removing the important and regular entities that existed for the community and replacing them with children's parties in the welcome center and valet trash. After filing a number of complaints with the county and community for my neighbor above me leaving their dog outside to bark and whine from 8AM-6PM everyday the community still does nothing to assist me or curb this issue. Instead their regular dedication is to bringing their occupancy up as quickly as possible. Gym equipment is unsafe and improperly maintained. Security is ridiculously laxed I have spoken to multiple residents who have had their cars stolen or broken into. Don't be deceived by the gates they have worked maybe a total of 45 days consecutively in the community. On premise night time security was laid off over two years ago, making the community bedlam at night. I would certainly prefer to receive a gate that closes behind me than valet trash, a community newsletter, a community theater or community parties. Certainly those items are great for the community but how can any fun be had if you can't have any sense of security in the community.

Totally agree with you. Our car was stolen from the Camden parking lot at 10pm!!! In addition they are renting now to a lot of people that don't really care about cleaning up after themselves, with dogs disturbing the peace and leaving mines on all the grass areas (so don't walk on any grass area - seriously!!), and in addition people smoking outside in front of your door (so don't breathe while leaving your apartment!!)... Seriously, it's going downhill!!

Could not agree with you more. Management is the most incompetent that I have even seen. Looking forward to when our lease is up. It is a shame..it was not at all like this 3 years ago when we move in.

Car break-ins, like other crimes happen everywhere, welcome to Orlando. Gates never work anywhere and cops will tell you crimes happen inside gated places too. What do you think all of your neighbors are law abiding citizens. That's a little naive. At least you weren't physically assaulted or hurt. I have a friend at another apartment community in Maitland who has had far worse things happen. And what's wrong with having children's parties. Families are entitled to have social events as well as singles and couples. They pay rent too.

Looks like the 4/26/2009 was by managment...glad to see that your on here defending the apartment community. How about fixing the gates that you told me broke "just a fe days ago" when I moved in less than a year ago! What a lie!!! After SEEING FIRST HAND the aftermath of a car rovbbery at 9 PM the other night, we will see what Big Camden has to say about your property.
