If you choose to reside here please be aware of:
1. Loud construction 8 months of the year, early in the morning. (I've lived here 2 years, and that's the average)
2. Constant maintenance requests that are never met. (Lastest request I put in said it was fulfilled, but never was.)
3. A terrible leasing office that does not care about you.
4. Lost rent checks.
5. A DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY apartment when you move in. Not to mention the nasty washer/dryers, if you rent them through the apt.
Just don't do it. I'm soooooooooooo glad to be moving!

I guess I wouldn't mind 8 months of construction if the construction workers were hunky enough.
