I have lived here for over 3 years-I had done so because the apartments that I lived in here were nice and not too bad on price. Recently, I had a water hose burst in my laundry room and flood my apartment when I was not there-when I asked the office if I could move into another apartment to avoid the mold and other nasty things that happen after a flood, I was told that because it was my hose on my washer that it was my fault and I had to live with it. They would not even let me upgrade so that I could get out of the apartment. It would not be so bad-but I have allergies, AND asthma. So, I have decided to break my lease. I am very disappointed in the way the office handled the situation and feel as if the office staff (at least the weekend staff) does not have the best interests of the residents in mind. Sad to say that after 3 years of living here I was treated like someone off the street. Would no longer recommend to anyone. Whether it was my fault or not-it is unhealthy to make someone live in an apartment that has just been under 3" of water, especially someone with medical problems such as allergies and asthma. Oh well-so long Camden!

dude who the f*ck turns off their water valve to the damn washer when not using it are you kidding me nobody does that thats just a waste of time. If that is something you do, you seriously need a damn life.

Maybe you should have turned off the water? Sure would have helped your problem! I also turn off the breakers to my water heater, dryer, etc...and I save 80-100$ per month.
