still a disaster after 25 yrs

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1995

I lived here in 1982 and was renting "to own".

After 6 months I realized that this place was a nightmare, parties at the pool all night, neighbors insane, management useless, construction so poor- I got out of my lease and left.

I had always wanted to live there, it seemed ideal.

Unfortunately, the reality was not and it is funny to go back and see it has only become worse, good to know as sometimes I regret not buying it for $35,000.
